Schools & Education
Los Angeles is home to some of the best and, unfortunately, some of the worst public schools in the country. It’s a general rule of thumb that the better the neighborhood in terms of crime and quality of life, the better the schools. In addition, the city’s religious diversity means private schools are in abundance for every potential belief structure.
In terms of higher education, Los Angeles proper boasts multiple world-class universities, including Cal Tech, Loyola Marymount, UCLA and USC.
